AdvisorIndex is an intelligence-backed directory of M&A advisory firms and investment banks. The Service provides:

• Public profiles of M&A advisors with AI-generated research summaries
• Deal history and team member information sourced from public records
• Matching tools to connect business owners with relevant advisors
• Search, filtering, and discovery capabilities

Advisor Profiles: Advisor information is compiled from public sources including FINRA BrokerCheck, SEC filings, firm websites, and press releases. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

AI-Generated Content: Research summaries and descriptions are generated by AI systems based on publicly available information. These summaries are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered definitive or exhaustive.

No Investment Advice: AdvisorIndex does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You should independently verify any advisor's credentials, experience, and suitability before engaging their services.

Our seller matching service provides ranked recommendations based on industry, deal size, and geographic preferences. However:

• Matches are algorithmic suggestions and not endorsements of any advisor
• We do not guarantee that any advisor will be interested in or available for your transaction
• Introduction requests are facilitated at your discretion—we do not obligate advisors to respond
• We are not responsible for the quality, cost, or outcome of any engagement with an advisor

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when using our matching tools
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Not attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform beyond normal browsing
• Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Not use the Service to spam or harass advisors or other users

Ownership: AdvisorIndex, including its design, layout, graphics, and content, is owned by MeridianOS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or business purposes.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service without our explicit written permission.

Advisor Information: Advisor names, firm names, and deal information are factual data compiled from public sources and may be used for reference purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MERIDIANOS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
• The accuracy or completeness of advisor information
• The quality, cost, or outcome of any engagement with an advisor
• Actions or omissions of any third-party advisor

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the Service.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MeridianOS regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
