Rockwood made investment and partnership with BJG Electronics, a Long Island, NY-based value-added distributor and light manufacturer of high reliability electronic components serving defense, commercial aerospace, and business aviation markets. Glenn Davidson named Executive Chairman.

Rockwood acquired Hunter Manufacturing Company, a manufacturer of specialized heating and air filtration products for military use. HDT Acquired Global Heater Division in 2001. Company was later sold to a strategic buyer.

AFC Industries, a Rockwood portfolio company and provider of industrial fasteners, merged with Dell Fastener Corp. in an add-on transaction. AFC was a Rockwood investment since 2012.

Rockwood recapitalized AFC Industries, a provider of industrial fasteners and inventory services based near Cincinnati. AFC was sold to Incline Equity Partners in 2015.

Rockwood invested in Austin-based Energy Renewal Partners, an energy consulting service provider specializing in energy development and decommissioning projects for wind, solar, and battery projects. Founded in 2009 and led by Trisha Elizondo. Rockwood's third environmental platform in current fund.

Rockwood invested in NG Companies, a Longmont, CO-based provider of underground damage prevention solutions serving utility, municipal, infrastructure, telecom, energy, and transportation markets. Founded by Camron Lente in 2009. Rockwood's third investment in Rocky Mountain region in 13 months.

Arcline Investment Management acquired controlling stake in SYNEO from Rockwood Equity. SYNEO is a vertically-integrated machine, tooling and services company focused on interventional medical device industry with facilities in West Palm Beach, FL and Angleton, TX.

Rockwood provided major investment to Lifeway Mobility, an accessibility solutions company offering stair lifts, elevators, wheelchair lifts, ramps, and bath safety solutions. Transaction also included Lifeway's majority investment in Extended Home Living Services (EHLS), a Chicago-area accessibility provider.

Rockwood completed sale of Altimate Medical, a manufacturer of complex rehabilitation equipment, to Granite Equity Partners. Rockwood had originally acquired Altimate in 2014.

Rockwood acquired ZERO Manufacturing, a designer and manufacturer of aluminum and molded plastic protective cases serving military, aerospace, medical, industrial, and energy markets. Founded in 1952, ZERO provides carrying cases, transit cases, rackmount cases, and custom enclosures. Led by Partner Nils Holum.

Rockwood announced formation of Artistic Holdings, Inc., a platform focused on consolidating the stair and railing systems market. Artistic Holdings was later acquired by Century Cabinets.

AMACS, a manufacturer of engineered separation and mass transfer products, was acquired by PMC Global. Rockwood had originally acquired AMACS in 2011.
