Memsense and Inertial Labs had collaborated for 5 years, with Memsense as key supplier of inertial measurement units. Acquisition enabled Inertial Labs to control critical component and extend technology to other applications and customers.

Daybreak Capital Partners participated in acquisition of Lemonaid Health, an online telemedicine platform delivering affordable healthcare to patients.

Advised on transaction with New State Capital Partners with co-advisors Morgan Lewis and Piper Jaffray.

Facilitated Arlington Capital Partners' acquisition of Thermal Solutions.

Acted as financial advisor to MPE Partners on investment in Ideal Aluminum, LLC.

Served as investment banker to CTEK Inc. in sale to $700 million publicly-traded Digi International (NASDAQ: DGII). CTEK provides industrial IoT automation devices and cloud monitoring solutions deployed in agriculture, cold chain management, water/wastewater, power generation, transportation, and security applications.

Facilitated acquisition of Boyle Software by Beyondsoft.
