Cronus Partners advised Kelly Aerospace Energy Systems (Montgomery, AL) on the acquisition of AeroKool Aviation Corp (Hialeah, FL), an MRO and manufacturing center specializing in airframe environmental systems repair and overhaul. The acquisition expanded Kelly's product lines and geographic reach in the aerospace services market.

Cronus Partners advised on Komline's acquisition of Heron Innovators Inc, bringing patented Suspended Air Flotation (SAF) technology for water treatment and industrial process applications.
