Boyne invested in Infusion Associates in November 2018. During 6-year ownership, expanded from 1 to 14 locations across 4 states, completed 7 add-on acquisitions. Revenue and EBITDA grew 5x+.

Acquired ambulatory infusion services provider headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Specialized in chronic health condition treatment across neurology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, and immunology.

Boyne portfolio company Sonas Home Health Care acquired Tampa-based Advanced Nursing Solutions as an add-on acquisition.
